One job, start to finish.

You walk the roof and you make every call. Claims Suite does the typing, the arithmetic and the filing.

01

Walk the roof.

Photos go in from the driveway. The claim file opens itself, pulls the storm record for that address and date, and starts a scope.

02

Draft the supplement in minutes.

Every item missing from the carrier's scope, priced against your price sheet, with the code section or manufacturer spec attached to each line.

03

Every line carries its proof.

When a line comes back short, a written response is already drafted in your voice, with the ordinance and the photos attached. You read it. You edit it. You send it.

04

Know what's outstanding.

ACV, supplement, recoverable depreciation. Every check logged against the job so you always know what's still owed to you.

CompanyCam, automatically

Shot in the field, cited in the claim.

Photos your crew already takes in CompanyCam land on the right claim on their own, matched by address. The engine reads what each one shows and ties it to the code section that requires the work — so the supplement and the estimate carry proof instead of opinions.

01 · Pulled Close-up of architectural asphalt shingles showing circular hail impact bruises where granules have been knocked away, one marked with a chalk circle.
Straight off CompanyCam Job photos attach to the matching claim on their own — capture time, GPS fix and photographer intact. Your crew never re-uploads a thing.
02 · Read Aerial drone view of a single-storey house with a grey asphalt shingle roof and its surrounding yard.
Read, not just filed The engine works out what each photo shows and what it rules out — hail bruising, not blistering — with a confidence score on every frame.
03 · Cited Low aerial view along a roof ridge showing ridge cap shingles, a ridge vent and a pipe boot flashing in raking morning light.
Turned into the code case A bare eave becomes IRC R905.2.8.5 drip edge. A cut 3-tab ridge becomes the manufacturer’s spec. Every line cites its photo by number.

The supplement

Each line points at the photo behind it.

The items carriers routinely leave off: drip edge on the rakes, ice & water at the valleys, a manufactured ridge cap. Each one comes back with the code section that requires it and the photograph that shows it.

CompanyCam

Your crew already shot it. It reads the photos.

Where it came from

Point at any number. It tells you why.

Every figure traces back to the thing that produced it: a photograph, an aerial measurement, a code section, your own price sheet. When a line has nothing behind it, it says so out loud instead of hoping you don’t notice.

Why that matters
Where all of this came from · 12 things, 5 places
Photos of the damage
Photo 3, 7, 11 These went to the model with the draft, so what it wrote about those lines follows what the pictures actually show.
Measurements off the roof
EagleView report Every quantity came off this. No square count on the document is a guess, and that is the first thing an adjuster goes after.
The building code here
Adopted code on file · IRC R905.2.8.5 The county adopted the 2021 code in full, so drip edge at the eaves is required work rather than an upgrade.
Your own prices
[RFG 220] your rate · $8.40/SQ Priced off your sheet. The carrier’s number is only used where theirs is higher than yours, never the other way round.
What would make it stronger
nothing backing this  Satellite dish, remove & reset This one came out of what you typed in. You would be arguing it from experience if they push back, so go take one picture of it.

Chris, appreciate the quick turnaround on the rest of the file.

The eave has no metal on it. IRC R905.2.8.5 requires drip edge at eaves and rakes, and the county adopted the 2021 code in full. Photo 7 shows the rake edge carrying metal and the eave bare.

Fair questions, straight answers.

Does it send things without me seeing them?

No. Every supplement, rebuttal and email is a draft until you approve it. The engine does the paperwork and the watching. Sending is always your call.

Will it work with the carriers I deal with?

Claims Suite reads and produces the document formats used across the major carriers, and it learns which of your own justifications have held up before. It does not connect to, log in to, or communicate with any carrier system.

I'm not technical. How long does setup take?

About two minutes. Enter your company details once, connect your email if you want carrier threads read automatically, and start your first claim. There is nothing to install.

What happens to my data?

It stays yours. Your claims, photos and documents live in your account, are never sold, and never train anyone else's system. The privacy policy has the full detail.

What if a line comes back short or denied?

Claims Suite drafts a written response for you, pulling the code section, the manufacturer spec and the relevant photos into one document. You decide whether to send it, and you send it yourself. It also records the outcome so your next document is better supported.

Is Claims Suite a public adjuster?

No. Claims Suite is software. It is not a public insurance adjuster, an insurance producer, or a law firm, and it does not negotiate, adjust or settle claims for any policyholder. It helps you document and price your own scope of work. Several states — including Texas, Florida, Louisiana and Colorado — have specific rules about what contractors may do and advertise regarding insurance claims, and you are responsible for your own compliance. Read the full disclaimer.

Does AI write the documents?

AI produces the first draft from the information you enter. It can be incomplete or wrong, including code citations and prices, so every document is a starting point that needs your review. See how we use AI.
