Accessibility
Last updated 3 August 2026
We want every contractor to be able to use Claims Suite, including people who use a screen reader, navigate by keyboard, or need larger text and higher contrast.
The standard we work to
We aim to meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. We are not claiming certification or full conformance — that would be a claim we cannot honestly make about every screen. We are telling you what we target, what we have done, and how to reach us when something does not work.
What we have done
- Text and background colours are checked against WCAG contrast ratios, and the interface is designed so that structure is visible rather than implied by faint edges.
- Every interactive element is reachable and operable by keyboard, with a visible focus indicator that is part of the design rather than a browser default.
- A “skip to content” link is the first focusable item on every page.
- Headings follow a real hierarchy, form fields have labels, and decorative graphics are hidden from assistive technology.
- Animation is minimal, and anything that moves is disabled for people whose system requests reduced motion.
- Text reflows without loss of content down to a 320px viewport, and the app includes a text-size control.
Where we know we fall short
[TO COMPLETE AFTER AN AUDIT. Listing known gaps honestly is better protection than claiming full compliance. Typical items: complex data tables, PDF exports, and any third-party embedded content.]
Tell us when something does not work
This is the part that matters most. If any part of Claims Suite or this website is difficult or impossible for you to use, email support@claimssuite.com with the page and what happened. We aim to reply within [N] business days and will work with you on an alternative in the meantime, including completing the task for you if that is what it takes.
Third-party content
Some parts of the service rely on third parties whose accessibility we do not control. Where that affects you, tell us and we will find another way to get you what you need.
